SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The purpose of this bid is to enter into a one-year purchase agreement for classroom supplies as needed and distributed by the Central Warehouse. The initial term will be effective from September 1, 2014 – August 31, 2015 upon Escambia County School Board approval. All terms and conditions, including pricing, will be in effect for the entire term(s) of this agreement. Bid shall be renewed for an additional term upon mutual consent and School Board approval. **ALL SAMPLES MUST BE RECEIVED BY MONDAY, JUNE 23, 2014 IN THE PURCHASING OFFICE, 75 NORTH PACE BLVD., PENSACOLA, FL 32505. ANY SAMPLE RECEIVED AFTER JUNE 23 WILL NOT BE EVALUATED FOR BID CONSIDERATION. **
