SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The purpose of this bid is to enter into a purchase agreement for custodial supplies. The agreement will consist of the commitment of the School District business in exchange for the delivery of quality products with firm prices in a timely manner. The effect of this arrangement is to speed up the delivery of quality products to the Central Warehouse and to establish stable prices and advance sources of supply. **Samples for alternate brands shall be sent to: ECSD, Purchasing Dept., 215 West Garden Street, Pensacola, FL 32502 by Wednesday, November 12. Refer to Section III- Special Conditions, #F.**
