SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The purpose of this bid is to enter into a purchase agreement for custodial supplies for the period of December 20, 2009 through December 19, 2010 upon School Board approval. The effect of this arrangement is to speed up the delivery of quality products to the Central Warehouse and to establish stable prices and advance sources of supply. **Samples for alternate brands shall be sent to: ECSD, Purchasing Dept., 215 West Garden Street, Pensacola, FL 32502 by Wednesday, November 4. Refer to Section III- Special Conditions, #F.** No samples will be accepted for evaluation after the Wednesday, November 4th deadline.
