SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Escambia County School District (the District) is soliciting proposals for a three-year agreement for a dispensing system for foaming hand soap for buildings throughout the entire District. The initial installation of all dispensers shall be completed within ninety (90) days of contract award. Subsequent purchases of foaming hand soap shall be on an “as needed” basis. The initial term of the agreement will be effective from October 22, 2014 through October 21, 2015 and renewed annually for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual consent and approval by the Escambia County School Board. ALTERNATE SAMPLE PRODUCT EVALUATION: Bidders shall submit one (1) foaming hand soap dispenser, and one (1) case of foaming hand soap cleanser with product literature for alternate brand in accordance with RFP specifications by Friday, September 26th.
