SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Escambia County School District (the District) is soliciting proposals for a five-year agreement for a dispensing system for general cleaning supplies for buildings throughout the entire District. The initial installation of all dispensers shall be completed within 120 days of contract award. Subsequent general cleaning supplies purchases shall be on an “as needed” basis. The initial term will be effective from December 19, 2008 through December 18, 2009 and renewed annually upon mutual consent and approval by the Escambia County School Board. Sample Evaluation For Alternative Dispensing System: Bidders shall submit one (2 litre) container of each product and (1) dispenser unit with product literature in accordance with RFP specifications in section B & C by Friday, December 5.
