SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Escambia County School District (the District) is soliciting proposals for a five-year repair and maintenance services agreement. The agreement is to cover all refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating equipment located at the Escambia County District Central Warehouse located at 51 E. Texar Dr., Pensacola, FL. The agreement shall be renewed and approved annually by the School Board. The initial term is effective November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014. **BIDDERS MAY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS TO INSPECT WAREHOUSE EQUIPMENT WITH KIRBY THOMAS, CENTRAL STORES MGR. AT 850-469-5623. ALL INSPECTIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS, 3:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4th.** SUBMISSION OF A PROPOSAL SHALL CONSTITUTE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY THE BIDDER THAT THEIR COMPANY IS FAMILIAR WITH ALL SITE EQUIPMENT CONDITIONS. FAILURE TO BE FAMILIARIZED WITH THE SITE EQUIPMENT SHALL IN NO WAY RELIEVE THE AWARDED BIDDER FROM PERFORMING ANY OBLIGATIONS OF THIS PROPOSAL. ANY QUESTIONS SHOULD BE E-MAILED TO MS.
