SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The purpose of this bid is to enter into a one-year purchase agreement for office supplies as needed and distributed by the Central Warehouse. The initial term will be effective from August 1, 2014 through July 31, 2015 and renewed annually upon mutual consent and approval by the Escambia County School Board. All terms and conditions, including pricing, will be in effect for the entire term(s) of this agreement.  **ALL SAMPLES MUST BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY, JUNE 6TH IN THE PURCHASING OFFICE, 75 NORTH PACE BLVD., PENSACOLA, FL 32505. ANY SAMPLE RECEIVED AFTER JUNE 6TH WILL NOT BE EVALUATED FOR BID CONSIDERATION.**
