SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The School District of Escambia County has, over the last six (6) years, installed about sixty (60) miles of single mode fiber for service to its schools and facilities. The School District has purchased the former Gulf Power administrative building located in Pensacola, Florida at the intersection of Pace Boulevard and Garden Street. The plan is to relocate the District’s data center to this location. The existing fiber optic services currently routing to the Hall Center on Texar Drive will need to be rerouted to this facility. There are two (2) major fiber routes required for this to happen. These two (2) fiber optic routes entail the scope of work for this project.
