SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The School District of Escambia County, FL (“District”) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) Lines at four (4) schools and two (2) Non-Instructional Facilities (NIF’s) in the northern area of the District. Any recommendations for a replacement solution must be able to integrate with the existing Loop Start Norstar system and retain the existing phone numbers. Additionally, any proposals based on VOIP should terminate at the location site and not the District Administrative building. The locations to be serviced are listed on Attachment A (“Site Locations”).
