SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Work associated with this contract includes an environmental assessment, engineering design and construction oversight activities. Tasks to be accomplished as part of this project shall include the environmental assessment document development/approval, topographical survey, roadway design, right-of-way assessment/delineation and construction engineering and inspection as part of the Foy Shaw Parkway Development Project. Foy Shaw Parkway will connect US 90 (SR 8) to John Givens Road on the Bob Sikes Airport Property in Okaloosa County, Florida. The approximate length of the project is 0.80 miles. All work to be performed shall be in accordance with the Joint Participation Agreement (JPA) between the Florida Department of Transportation and Okaloosa County, FPID Number: 425617-29401. All design plans are subject to be submitted to FDOT and/or FAA for review and approval.
