SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Year]End Actuarial Evaluation. The Contractor selected will perform a year end actuarial analysis evaluation of the Boardfs outstanding loss and expense liabilities on claims experience since October 1, 1975, through September 30, 2014. The evaluation of these liabilities as of September 30, 2014 is to be completed by November 30, 2014. Subsequent evaluations are to be completed by November 30 of each year.
